You may know it by the name of sultjash and you have prepared and tasted it many times. Today, AgroWeb.org shows you how to prepare this traditional recipe in the northernmost parts of our country. This dessert in the northern cities is called tambëloriz, and it is considered a summer dessert. Tambëloriz is usually prepared in these areas for various family celebrations.
Ingredients 2 liters of milk
3 cups of brown rice
1 glass of sugar. To begin with, AgroWeb.org suggests that rinse the rice with plenty of water. This step is important in order to remove the excess starch contained in this product. Repeat it three times as an action to have the best result. To help you, you can use the flour sieve so you can clean it without effort. Meanwhile, in a pot, you have passed the milk and set it to boil. For this recipe, you can use your favorite type of milk. Milk it should boil slowly so that it evaporates as well as possible and remains creamy. When you see bubbles forming on the surface of the pot, it's time to add the rice. At first, AgroWeb.org advises you to stir it well so that the grains of rice do not fall to the bottom of the pot. Something like this avoids the rice sticking and the dessert becoming bitter. The fire temperature should be low and the milk with the rice should boil for about 1 hours. The mixing should continue all the time until you see that the milk has started to coagulate and thicken. When you have reached this point, AgroWeb.org suggests that you add the sugar and leave it on the fire for another 10-15 minutes. After removing it from the fire, divide it into small bowls and let them cool completely. When they have cooled, put them in the refrigerator so that they can coagulate as well as possible. Before serving, sprinkle them with jam as desired for a more unique taste.
